Synaisthimatizein is an innovative franchise of after-school educational centers for young children, focused on cultivating emotional intelligence skills. A two – story industrial style family apartment blends raw unfinished elements with modern comfort, walking into a spasious open-plan layout where the kitchen, living room and dining area seamlessly merge.

Two mirrored small house units turned into cozy aibnbs. Because of their size and their proximity to the coastal area, we proposed neutral and earthy tones, through the use of unique tiles and wallpapers, we gave character and charm to ensur ensure that the visitor’s summer experience will be memorable.

Proposal for a contemporary athmospheric apartment in West Thessaloniki. Earthy tones with a splash of burned orange color, give a cozy vibe to the space. 

Proposal for a recently built modern Loft apartment in West Thessaloniki. Earthy, beige and grey colors, combined with diverse textures, are tactfully fused with rich burgundy tones.

Two separate office rooms were merged into one, creating this unified space with a separation wall between the lawyer’s office and the lobby-reception room.

We aim to prove that no space is too small for subdle luxury. This newly-bought apartment in a relatively old building, was completely replanned by our studio.

Renovation of an existing Nail Salon’s first floor, in order to fit two new beauty services. We replanned the very small space, with the goal to style it in a way that matches the existing one.

Always aiming to cater to our clients’ taste and needs, we designed this apartment to be renovated on a budget. Handpicked furniture and customized fixtures were combined with some existing pieces, to shape the living area.

We desiged this newly built apartment to look poised and spacious, while holding plenty of concealed storage. Light warm neutral tones and elegant patterns, were carefully combined to a modern and welcoming living area.

We designed this residence, with the tilted roof and plenty of natural light, harmonizing modern pieces and playful touches of color in a calm and comfortable environment.

Adaptability is key when you aim to please the client, while creating a timeless result. The renovation process was picked up by us halfway.
